We didn't start with an AI idea — but with a real hiring problem. Sofia HR didn't emerge as a technological experiment.
That is how the approach that later became Sofia HR was born
Over time, it became clear: the problem is rarely about skills. More often — it's a mismatch between thinking style and the work environment.
It grew out of real experience — from an attempt to understand why even strong candidates sometimes don't match a team, despite good interviews and resumes.

We wanted to create a tool that helps start the conversation with greater clarity
We saw that both companies and candidates often face the same situation: both sides sincerely believe they are a match, but after some time, they realize they are not
Teams are working remotely

Interviews are becoming longer — but not always clearer

Why we are doing this

Sofia HR is an attempt to make this process more transparent and honest for both sides
We do not believe that people can be described by a single assessment or test
We believe that:

and the match between them is more important than "perfect" interview answers
