Any speech analysis methodology raises a natural question:
how stable are the results?
We do not consider an interview to be a precise measurement of personality. But we verify how stably thinking strategies manifest over time.

How we verify reliability

The same person can undergo an interview multiple times — a week later, a month later, or even further down the road
We compare the structure of the answers and see that the core cognitive patterns remain similar, even if the topics of conversation change
This shows that the system captures neither mood nor random phrasing, but a stable way of processing experience

Repeated interviews

The results are cross-referenced with each other — this reduces the risk of random interpretations
sentence structure
cause-and-effect relationships
distribution of attention
ways of describing actions
Speech is analyzed by more than just a single model.
Several independent algorithms look at different aspects of language:

Comparison of different analysis models

This helps to:
A portion of interviews undergoes an additional check by analysts
We use AI as an analysis tool — but we do not exclude human expertise
detect inaccuracies
track changes in language
maintain the stability of the model

Human Verification

The methodology constantly evolves as more interviews are accumulated
Our goal is not to put a label on a person
Our goal is to see recurring patterns that help explain why some employees feel comfortable in a team, while others do not
